Capturing an ‘atmosphere’ is not easy. To walk into a home that feels lived in and makes your guests instantly comfortable is surprisingly hard to achieve. Below are examples of buildings I have designed from scratch or extensively renovated, which reflect warmth, character and atmosphere. Though not an architect, I have many years of experience in outdoor design, and it has been a natural progression to the interior. Whether a simple shed, pool house, games room or complete home, I produce a conceptual layout plan and craft an aesthetic and style which not only works for living in, but will connect fluently with your external environment.
